Agency Integrator is web based management system which helps organize and track all of your business in underwriting. It is a central receptacle for basic demographic data and provides for licensing and appointment tracking as well as a means of communication to the agents via e-mail. It also houses all new application entry for formal and informal cases including underwriting requirements and document storage within their case management system.
Through Broker Gear, a secure, password-protected internet portal, case status can be provided to your as well other supporting information including individual case requirements. It also allows for viewing licensing and appointment information, including carriers, states, license and appointment numbers, effective and expiration dates. Additionally, through Broker Gear, you can update personal contact information, including mailing addresses, phone and fax numbers, and e-mail addresses.
